Each client has unique developmental needs. Through my coaching the client becomes aware of their current situation, sees the possibilities for change, and then uncovers the skills necessary to achieve their goals.

In essence, while corporate coaching is often tailored, specific, and individual-centric, leadership development is broader, ongoing, and aimed at cultivating a pool of leaders ready to take on larger roles within the organisation. Both approaches can complement each other to foster a thriving, skilled, and adaptable workforce. The coaching engagement works well when individuals within the team and the team as a whole have coaching.
Corporate coaching and leadership development are both valuable approaches to enhancing skills and improving performance within an organisation, but they focus on different aspects:

Corporate Coaching

The Enneagram can be utilised as a one-off engagement or as part of a longer-term personal or corporate coaching programme.
As a coaching tool, the Enneagram helps us understand the underlying reasons behind our thoughts, feelings and, behaviours.
We all possess a lens through which we perceive the world; as our awareness of our viewpoint evolves, we can instigate change and exercise choice as we move forward.

The journey with the Enneagram is an integrated one, progressing through four levels:

  3. Conscious Competence
  4. Unconscious Competence
